1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business.

• Contact details you submit via our forms — name, organisation, email, mobile, your message.
• Operational data if you become a customer — billing details, contract information, project records.
• Usage data via a small number of cookies — pages viewed, time on page, referrer.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or demo.
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Cookies

We use functional cookies (to remember your cookie preferences) and a single first-party analytics tag. You can decline analytics via the cookie banner at any time, and clear cookies in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for 24 months. Customer records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (HMRC requirement). Analytics data is anonymised after 26 months.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need to hold.
• Object to processing or restrict it.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Security

We host on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is least-privilege and reviewed quarterly. We follow Microsoft's secure development lifecycle and conduct annual penetration tests.

8. Updates

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you via email.
